CODYLIFE - SLIDER

Now you can carry your Codylife identifier on your watch, backpack, helmet, etc.

Using a QR code, you have access to your personal file which contains: your personal data, emergency contact information, as well as medical information (allergies, medication), useful information for any first responder in an emergency intervention.
It also has a private space that you can use to keep a daily record of your activities.
You can select up to 3 email addresses to receive a message whenever your QR code is scanned. This message will include your GPS coordinates.
Your profile also includes an emergency email option. This option should only be selected in case of emergency, and recipients will also receive your GPS coordinates.
All data is entered by the user and can be changed whenever you deem necessary.
